Kickboxing
Kickboxing refers to a variety of boxing type martial arts including but not limited to boxing, kickboxing, and muay thai.
The techniques learned will include shadowboxing, footwork skills, pad work, heavy bag training, and various partner coordination drills.
This martial art provides great stress relief, cardiovascular fitness, self-defense, and is extremely fun. Prepare to sweat and burn some serious calories, while learning and having fun with us.
Great for beginners to advanced students.
Ages 16+
*Hand wraps, boxing gloves, and shin guards are required for these classes.
