Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Mixed martial arts (MMA), sometimes referred to as cage fighting, a full-contact combat sport based on striking, grappling and ground fighting, incorporating techniques from various combat sports from around the world. The techniques learned will include shadowboxing, footwork skills, pad work, heavy bag training, and various partner coordination drills.
This martial art provides great stress relief, cardiovascular fitness, self-defense, and is extremely fun. Prepare to sweat and burn some serious calories, while learning and having fun with us. Great for beginners to advanced students.
